Main functions:
To formulate the long-term and medium-term scientific research development plan of the Museum and implement the annual work plan; to formulate and implement various methods and regulations for the scientific research management of the Museum; to be responsible for the construction and management of scientific research institutions in the Museum; to be responsible for the statistics, auditing and rewarding of scientific research achievements of the Museum; to publish information, organizational declarations and rewards of various scientific research projects at all levels; In-hospital pre-examination and reporting; scientific and technological contracts signed by the Management Institute with government departments, enterprises, institutions and individuals; scientific and technological achievements of the management institute's own intellectual property rights; responsible for the declaration and management of various types of scientific research awards; technical consultation, technology transfer, technology development and technology services for the whole society; responsible for various academic opportunities Liaison work of the institute, popularization of science, organization and development of academic exchanges within the institute, and daily work of the Secretariat of the academic committee of the institute. Responsible for filling in various kinds of scientific and technological data and information in higher business departments (Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, etc.).
