The Project Department of the Puppet Manchu Palace Museum is the functional department responsible for the project management of the Museum. It represents the business relationship between the Puppet Manchu Palace Museum and the contractors, supervisors and designers in the project construction management. Responsible for the establishment, planning and design, compilation of schemes, research and approval, planning, environmental protection and construction of new projects, bidding, construction management, project budget, final accounts, audit and project archives management, etc. to control the project cost, quality and progress.
